Hi! I'm Kathy
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Women's Fitness Expert based in Hauppauge, New York, USA. I am also an IIN Health Coach with a specialization in digestive health.
I have trained myself for thirty-threeyears, and have been helping others for the last thirteen to love their bodies and enjoy their training in a way that doesn't take hours and hours of "beasting" yourself in the gym. I weigh less now at 52 than I did when I got pregnant with my first child at 32. I'm passionate about helping others, and I get them incredible results.
