I'm a Integrative Holistic Health Coach and based in Hauppauge, New York, USA, with a specialization in digestive health and fitness.
I have trained myself for thirty-one years, and have been helping others for the last thirteen to love their bodies and enjoy their training in a way that doesn't take hours and hours of "beasting" yourself in the gym. I weigh less now at 50 than I did when I got pregnant with my first child at 32. I'm passionate about helping others, and I get them incredible results.
