During our 20 minute phone call we will audit your dietary habits, your fitness habits and your over all health. I will see where you may need to make changes and offer advice. If we agree that we will be a good fit I will invite you to work closer with me one on one in my 12 week weight loss and fitness program designed specifically for women over the age of 40.
